We prefer to use engineered "I" Joist as a floor system w/ Advantec sheathing.  We feel that the "I" Joist are stronger and have less deflection than conventional systems.  The Advantec Sheathing has excellent weather resistance and uniform thickness, which provides a with a nice flat surface to frame upon,allowing you to feel as though you are standing on solid ground. 1/14/07
